Why would it matter what position Hill plays in that scenario?

What I mean is that unless Hill is hurt w e need to call up a freshman so we're better prepared next time this happens

But what if he gets hurt again? We need a viable backup QB. Unless Simis is converted back to QB again...

I don't think he would be any better than Simis with 2 weeks of second team practice if Jensen went down again. We are who we are at this point.

I would guess we don't have a freshman suited up. And although they are talented they couldn't run the offense any more than the 3 we have.

I am not sure any of the true freshman QB's are a viable backup currently.

Just figured they'd be more up to speed on the offense than Simis. But it is what it is. Love Simis's heart and glad Jensen will be back! And at least Simis will get more reps going forward.
