then nothing changes, at least if there isn't a lot more scoring.

Actually it does. If NAU gets 7, the Griz can win with a FG instead of just going for the tie.

Get over it. You go be an offensive genius when you're playing the #4 guy in the depth chart. This offense is "read" option -- like most of them are, now. If the QB can't read the defense (not dumb, just lack of experience), it's pretty hard to come up with a "genius" move.

So serious question. Shouldn't we ask Hill to make a position switch and bring up a freshman QB? What if Jensen gets hurt again?

Why would it matter what position Hill plays in that scenario?

What I mean is that unless Hill is hurt w e need to call up a freshman so we're better prepared next time this happens

Little late to be doing that, Jensen will be fine next week I believe.

But what if he gets hurt again? We need a viable backup QB. Unless Simis is converted back to QB again...
