Which still loses to a TD/XP.

right, at least they have to kick the xp if they score. also, leaves it a tie with two fg.

And if they failed and the lead was only 4?

then nothing changes, at least if there isn't a lot more scoring.

Actually it does. If NAU gets 7, the Griz can win with a FG instead of just going for the tie.

Great play calling Bob

Offensive genius. Holy crap come on Bob. Pathetic
Get over it. You go be an offensive genius when you're playing the #4 guy in the depth chart. This offense is "read" option -- like most of them are, now. If the QB can't read the defense (not dumb, just lack of experience), it's pretty hard to come up with a "genius" move.

Why are we continuing to run the offense at this pace? Run some time off the clock, bob..

so nau has to take a time out to rest? at least they aren't faking injuries.

So serious question. Shouldn't we ask Hill to make a position switch and bring up a freshman QB? What if Jensen gets hurt again?

Why would it matter what position Hill plays in that scenario?
What I mean is that unless Hill is hurt w e need to call up a freshman so we're better prepared next time this happens

Little late to be doing that, Jensen will be fine next week I believe.

But what if he gets hurt again? We need a viable backup QB. Unless Simis is converted back to QB again...

I am done making excuses for Bob. You can if you want

I am not sure any of the true freshman QB's are a viable backup currently.
