It’s not leading with the shoulder anymore. It’s the helmet to helmet contact. Just about any blow to the head or neck should get called. However it’s still up to booth and ref interpretation.
 
Cookus out isn't good for the Griz. When you take the loss to the second-string freshman quarterback it's going to look a lot worse.

Yes. I’m saying it was a horrible call. He led with his shoulder = not targeting.
