My feed on Roku is choppy and pretty crappy. Maybe its my internet though I have 60 mbps. ??

On My inlaws so-so internet using an apple tvand the quality is nice HD, it does get a lil choppy/pixelated here n there. One thing that stands out is on breaks the sounds shuts off but the feed continues or it all goes black/no sound. I assume this is because they dont have commercials though.

Other than that its not bad. I think if i had my internet back home itd be a lot better
