Game Plan on Dish

Has anyone contacted Dish about getting the Griz game? Can you do it online, or do you need to call? Is there a problem with getting just the one day? Thanks!

I bought it by selecting it on the schedule. It said $26.00 to record it and I chose OK. It then enabled all of the Gameplan games for the day.

These gameplan feeds don't seem to be High Definition, which is cheap considering the $26 price tag. Anyone know if there is a HD feed once you buy?

I can't say about this year but in the past the second round games were not HD. After you have seen a game in HD watching SD is especially tough. And the conversion of SD to an HD screen resolution is especially bad. Makes me wish I had an old tube TV that blurred the sharp low pixel resolution edges into something watchable. Maybe these transmissions will be different but I have tried to watch SD on ESPNU several times this year and all I can say is that it was just slightly better than listening on the radio.

Pretty sure if we had ESPN3 access, the picture is better quality than the Gameplan viewing. At least when I watched the Tennessee game on ESPN3 it seemed to be high def. But complaining here isn't gonna do me any good I spose.
