GAME DAY THREAD - NAU

Can’t wait to bear witness to the Simone Biles-level mental gymnastics from Hoops after this one…

I askedHoops a question earlier if he still thought the Griz OL is better than the Cats OL. He has made that assertion a few times this season.

MT and elrod swore they would die on that hill. Nowhere to be seen. Great and good depth according to them.

Post-game interview, Bobby said they were going to figure out what happened and why, working tonight, tomorrow, and Monday. I thought he mentioned 'changes' to be made. Whatever changes he is referring to better be dramatic and eye opening, or it will be seen as more deck chair moving, and sugar coating. Get out the lipstick.

Who's the starting QB next week?

Vidlak...this game isn't on him

This game isn’t on him, but with THIS O-line, passing almost is not an option…thus, run the +1 with McDowell until the entire offense is just running straight down hill.

What have you seen that makes you think this team, with this OL, can run the ball with any consistency?

The only time we’ve remotely had success moving the ball is with Gillman and McDowell in the game. That’s been true for most of the season.

I just don't see it mattering which QB, it will just be a different form of futility.

It’s not?!? Who hired those shit—y coaches? Who recruited ALL of those players? Wake the f—k up man. Bobby is a washed up has been.

But, you could be right. This might be Haslam’s fault for hiring him. Or maybe those rich boosters who know Jack Sh-t about coaches. Thank goodness this fan base is finally waking up to see how terrible of a coach and a human Hauck is.

Possibly. Or, we could just keep doing the same thing game after game and expecting a different result.

It’s worked well so far. Staring 4-7 in the face…

You say that like the there are only 2 options. But to be honest, this is going to be a lost season, and I see no reason to play the Sr over someone younger because you might win 6 games instead of 4.

If I thought they had a CLUE how to “develop” Vidlak I might agree with you. But we all know they don’t…

Not sure I said it had to be Vidlak, but it still makes no sense to play the Sr when you probably have to make moves looking at next season.
