An excellent coach I’ve worked with would always say that the most improvement happens between game 1 and game 2. Lots of reasons, right? Generic offense, unknowns on both sides of the ball, feeling out…

Pretty unimpressive start to the season. Our corners aren’t covering well, Oline isn’t opening up holes, lot of other positions that aren’t particularly playing well.. Not a great start to the season. I’m a bit worried about Ferris state
 
I’m a nervous Nellie during games, but this is getting rough. Did the D take that big of a step back from last year? An incredible quantity of unforced errors this afternoon as well.

I think this is the worst I've seen the Griz come out in the first game.. little to no fire in them. Constant mistakes. Both sides of the ball extremely vanilla. We should be beat Butler by 30-40. We look worse than the other Big Sky teams that have played, by a lot. With the exception of UNC. If we don't get our shit in a grip, this is going to be a loooong season. We looked light years better last year than what we have seen today.
