Clearly the problem is the drinking age.
Change it to age 25 and this sort of thing would never happen.

You got a case of the zacklies... as in your... exactly right

He could get hit on the sidelines by a space meteor!
Think of the children!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, so you read the Missoulian? Good for you! Pure coincidence. So, now, you & AG1 are excited the pre-Delaney Griz are back. Think about this: Stitt better handle this well. Remember a coach named Pflugrad? And we still have Engstrom as president. You & AG1, et al., don't get it: Soon as Griz players are making Missoulian headlines on other than the sports page, that's as soon as Stitt is gone if he doesn't get on top of this thing, right now.Raider said:Grizzoola said:Isn't it great, AG1, we're back to the pre-Delaney Griz? This is a lot different story than the first one I heard, I wouldnt even sit him a game for fighting at a party, thats what men do. (Dont expect many of you to understand that) Let him play, he has already been dealt with by the court. Nothing to see here.
...funny, there is some idiot on the missoulian website who posted the exact same dumb ass comment.

Bitch about PC all you want, but a football team has a reputation, not only on the football field, but off it, as well. So, you like some Griz goons occupying Missoulian space for other than W/Ls? This thing will get nipped in the bud, or else.

Technically it wasnt a football related post, it was a stupid comment on discipline.

So I am. So what? Why don't you respond to the rest of what I said?Raider said:Grizzoola said:Oh, so you read the Missoulian? Good for you! Pure coincidence. tojo70 said:BS. Quit making excuses for this player. You're a Griz Football Player. You're under the microscope. You have to know that. Playing for the Grizzlies is a privilege and with that comes responsibilities. If things are "getting a little rowdy" get out. I've been at parties in college and knew when to get out. Do I think he should be kicked off the team? No! He deserves punishment. That's up for the coach to decide. I'm glad I'm not Stitt. I don't know what his punishment should be, but it should go beyond "setting an example for others." It should show this MAN what it means to have responsiblity and to make him think about others, and consequences rather than should saying F it.

It appears from his description in court and that of the witnesses that called the cops, he kept challenging people to fight, and took a swing at someone who didn't want to fight. I got no problem with a couple guys wanting to give each other a friendly fat lip to let off steam, but when you got no takers, no haymakers!
As long as we're discussing the good 'ol days, if I got a disorderly every time I was in a fight in a hockey game, at practice with teammates, or in a bar post-game, I'd still be serving time. Geez, most girls can't decide who to go home with until after the fights.
