For the hockey fans out there....

Your new conference-mate in 2012 is participating in the Frozen Four this weekend in St. Paul MN.

Minnesota-Duluth will play Notre Dame in the early semi-final on Thursday and the Sioux play Michigan in the late game. The final will be played on Saturday. The semi-finals will be on ESPN2 and the finals on ESPN. All games available in HD.

Additionally, Matt Frattin of UND is up for the Hobey Baker award, hockey's Heisman.

Thank's for the update. I wish we had hockey.
Me too. It seems like this whole state has massive hockey potential a lot like North Dakota but for whatever reason it isn't big at all compared to what one would think. Maybe it's different in the western part of the state though?

...north dakota lifted #12 to the rafterz last week...
...terry casey..montana'z greatest hockey player...
...check it out on youtube..pretty cool/emotional...

... 8-) ...

Despite out-shooting the Wolverines 40-20, the Sioux got beat 2-0, with the second goal being an empty netter. The Michigan goalie was standing on his head for some of the saves.

Sad day for the Sioux.
