How many coaches in America could take ELEVEN new defensive starters and create THAT defense that only lost to one team all year?
 
A great pickup (Peck played well overall last season) but I'm hoping we move away from the 3-3-5 and he ends up as one of our 2 DEs on a 4 down front (I'd even take a 3-4 at this point).
 
Reading about the Minn. Vikings Def. Coordinator and his 6-1-4 or something like that, with blitz on all down and yardage.

Ferris St has won 4 of last 5 National titles and is 30-1 over last two years. I think they would be a top 5 FCS team every year with additional scholarships if they moved up. I read Arnese has developed a lot of contacts and a pipeline from Florida. Also major cities like Detroit, Milwaukee, Cleveland and Chicago are within 4 or 5 hours.

As a Michigan guy who listens to comments about Arnese, there is concern about his treatment of players and some of his behaviors in public. His name came up for both Michigan and Michigan State coach openings. What I read is that he has a rather storied past.

Whenever the time comes, I would rather have integrity than a WAAC mentality. Everyone clambering for Anesse is blind to his history or why he is winning championships at the D2 level.
