It's not hard to see your pompous ass from here! You are corrext.
Do you agree that 4 playoff wins is better than 2 wins and a home playoff loss? It’s hard to see my screen due to the bright sun at the pool.

This is the football board not the polo board. I don't even know that the Cats or griz even have polo teams. Water polo or regular polo? The Griz have the 4th highest average finish in the post-season polos over last 5 years. This includes this season. Don’t think anyone else is close.
People made a complaint. I offered a solution. Have a nice day.I don't have a library card/membership.
This isn't 1978.
It's not 1978, is it?
It’s weird that you don’t know that I understand football and you don’t. 5 years is too long to look back because it took Hauck some time to get going after taking over a weak team that had been ranked 33d in the final polo the year before. Yes, Cats have done well. But now Hauck has time to get things going and Griz have moved more towards the top. How many championship games have the 2 teams been to in recent years? Please don’t use old news, or else I will use old Griz news. This is so weird to just choose the past 2 seasons, one of which is ongoing (well, for one team anyway). Im not sure how the postseason record for this year and last is a flex when the Griz players are reading Frank's article and checking portal status while the players in Bozeman are prepping for a game on Saturday.
You could also ask about the record over the last 5 postseasons, where the neighbors are 9-4 compared to the Griz at 7-5. Oh and they were in the semifinals every year but one, while the Griz were in just one semifinal.
Weird.
I like to use average of post season ranking over past X years, saying 4 going to 5 this season. Griz have 4th best average.Hoops and Bobby love those home playoff "round of 24" wins. Especially in a division with about a dozen contenders.

So post season record isn't a valid comparison tool over the past five seasons, but the post season ranking over the last 5 seasons is valid.I like to use average of post season ranking over past X years, saying 4 going to 5 this season. Griz have 4th best average.
Missoula's new library is awesome. It's 2024 bud. Haven't read a book since 1978?I don't have a library card/membership.

Correct. Poll ranking shows where you ended up. And how you compare to other teams. Playoff wins go to the top teams advance far in the playoffs. A no 9 ranked isn’t going to win lots of playoff games. I know the Cats have done better in the last 5 years. That’s not been the topic of any discussion I was participating in. Please don’t bring irrelevant stuff to the discussion I’m addressing. Feel free to have your own discussion, but leave me out.So post season record isn't a valid comparison tool over the past five seasons, but the post season ranking over the last 5 seasons is valid.
Got it.
Unless certain big name boosters have had enough of Hauck’s complacency, nothing will change. Nothing. This season was an epic failure. Downright embarrassing. I don’t blame the players. They gave it their all. Something is rotten in Griz land. Appears to be the guy on the sidelines screaming FU at one of his QB’s. A head coach that is leading and motivating young men does not appear to be present. Some of his assistants do have those qualiti
They lost most of their line last year. They reloadedBalogna. The FCS is watered down. The Griz have a giant Chinese weather balloon showing up on the radar. They are losing the battle to MSU and the Dakota schools. Hell, they lost to Weber. Yep. Weber! QB by committee for multiple years and a defense that isn’t getting it done. The formula for a natty isn’t the 3-3-5. Both lines are losing the battle in key games. More than anything, last year was an anomaly for a program that has exceptional history, facilities and support. Probably the best facilities in FCS.
The lines might not be the issue after this year. MSU is about to lose several o linemen to NIL money. Big dollars are going to be tough for a kid to walk away from.
Not trying to get in a pissing match with you dude, but I'm pretty sure your kids are a rung down from the kids at the camps I'm affiliated with, unless of course they are or did get power 5 offers. Most these kids are G5 or higher. Had a few all-Americans come through too. Not trying to big time you, but I'm very aware how all this works on a big-time college football level. I don't need you pandering to me about how your family got recruited to play a sport and therefore you are an expert and no one else knows the things that you do.Oh BS. No kid or parent or coach cares if some fans would like their program more like another program. You have 7-7 camps. Great. I have kids, nephews and cousins who played football and have been been recruited. Do you play video games too?

4th highest and there are really only 4-6 teams who can win it every year. Think about it. 4th isn’t something to brag about!!The Griz have the 4th highest average finish in the post-season polls over last 5 years. This includes this season. Don’t think anyone else is close.
If there are 4-6 teams that can win it, would 4th be a good thing?4th highest and there are really only 4-6 teams who can win it every year. Think about it. 4th isn’t something to brag about!!
Dude, and I don't need your BS talking about your great expertise in recruiting from 7 on 7 camps. I can see what you post, and often see that you don't know what you are talking about. 7 on 7 camps to get your vast football expertise. Now that's pretty funny. I know lots of people know a lot, but I can also see that you aren't one of them. Not trying to get in a pissing match with you dude, but I'm pretty sure your kids are a rung down from the kids at the camps I'm affiliated with, unless of course they are or did get power 5 offers. They lost most of their line last year. They reloaded
Nope. Not unless you like mediocrityIf there are 4-6 teams that can win it, would 4th be a good thing?
So you need to be top 3 on average to not be mediocre?Nope. Not unless you like mediocrity
I'm not bragging, but being 4th, by some decent or good measurement, is a good indication that a team is up near the top. A team doesn't have to win the championship to be near the top.4th highest and there are really only 4-6 teams who can win it every year. Think about it. 4th isn’t something to brag about!!
