Pretty sure they aren't really predicting us to be a bubble team next year. The "maybe next year" status is just to indicate that we have no chance of getting an at-large bit this year.

Still though...it is definitely nice for Griz BB to be getting recognized now Being on a list with Akron, Clemson, Iowa State, Louisiana Tech, Miami, Notre Dame, Temple and Virginia is pretty cool. Being in a article that talks about other bubble teams like Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan etc etc is pretty neat too I think..

Of course I'd definitely prefer the Griz win the tourney and not have to worry about getting in as a bubble team

I think it is safe to say the BSC will never get an at large birth into the NCAA. The best we can do is get an NCAA and now and then a team will get into the NIT.

Disagree. Mid-major conferences have gotten at-large bids.

With the Griz's recent success over the last couple years, if they have another great season next year they but lose the conference tourney, they are in position to earn an at-large bid (in my opinion, and the writer of that article obviously).

Not knowing Griz schedule the Griz would have to go about 28-1 to even be considered an at large bid and still wouldn`t make it if schedule was roughly about as good as this years
