Fans of a team that haven't been to a tournament (not even the CBI) in over 10 year probably shouldn't be talking smack towards a team that's been in the NCAA tournament 5 times and to 6 total tournaments (one CBI) in the past 10 years. Over that period of time you were 4-17 against the Griz too. Just wanted to point that out.

Anyway, how many NCAA appearances total do you guys have? Oh wait... I made "appearances" plural. My bad. I forgot, you have had 1...

And that number shall stay at one. Good news though! You'll probably get an invite to the CIT or CBI so at least you'll break your streak of 10+ seasons without any tournament.

Hey, maybe we'll get to see Tinkle own you guys again in one of those tournaments. Wouldn't that be great? Just like old times for you guys, getting beat by Tinkle

I know this is a foreign concept for you guys, seeing how you haven't been in a tournament in so long... but you see in these tournaments (even the CBI and CIT) you face other good teams. Teams that actually made it to a tournament! Therefore it's not quite the same as playing and struggling with Lewis and Clark State at home during the regular season. You're up against teams like Duquense who beat #19 ranked Temple earlier in the year and had quite a bit of talent. Those teams also usually have significantly more wins than losses (another new concept to you guys), unlike your 10-20 team that year.

I know I know... this is all mind blowing stuff to someone who probably just hopped on the bandwagon of EWU basketball a couple months ago, but that's how tournaments work
