Ford - NFL Draft

I know I am going to get beat up for this, but I doubt JF is NFL material.

It's questionable so far. If he can add shutdown corner, like Tru was to his game, he will get drafted. The fact that Louisville liked him, tells me he has NFL upside.

He hits hard, he's solid in coverage, smart, and confident. However, a lot of teams chose to throw in his direction. A handful of his interceptions were somewhat fortunate breaks, bounces, etc. Robbie Hauck, even jokingly hinted, wish he could share some of breaks or fortune (something like that).

I compare him favorably to Jimmy Wilson for talent. He'll get a look. How he gets the look, depends on his SR season. If he can remain a ball hawk, yet be more of a shutdown cb, I like his chances.

I too am entering the transfer pool.

My 40 time is a blistering 9.11
Bench press 75 pounds (4 times!!!)
Sqaut.... only to take a dump

The cats are really interested.... but I told them to stick it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm holding out for a Georgia offer but...

would consider any offer from a football playing school in the Bahamas

Your 40 time is truly a disguised plea for help!

True story:

I was timing some football players down in Texas and we were a man short. So our "trainer" a special ed kid, said he would step in and run against our RB....

His time, you guessed it. 9.11

The team nicknamed him 911... and he loved it!

All good points. I just don't think he has the speed to keep up with NFL receivers.

Does he have the speed to be an NFL safety?
