Isn't he suspended for over half of next season? If so, I could see him going to an FBS school since he has to sit out anyway.

Yup. An article I read said 10/16/16, or something, before he could play.

Yes, his one year suspension started on 10/12. I agree about FBS as he would still have two full years left. Maybe he wants a complete "do over", moving from the warmth of Florida to Montana would help that...haha.
