Five Best College Football Players You've Ever Seen

Still working and debating the best 5, but I will say that I've never seen anyone dominate a game the way Randy Moss and more recently Lorenzo Jerome did.

Bob Griese
OJ Simpson

I am one lucky guy.

That's a great list, Page and Greasy Bob are class acts...well except the taco comment.

For those of you that listed just griz players in your list, or just Big Sky, or ever just FCS - you need to get out more. Or perhaps I don't understand the category.

So do you have a list or a complaint? Been fortunate to have been able to take in football all over this country. I skew a lot towards home for just that reason because there ain't nothin like it nowhere.

When my uncle taught @ the naval academy, I got to see Staubach in his Heismann season @ Navy-Marine, and yes, I am that old. He was spectacular but was out early because it was against Bill & Mary. Anybody in a uniform was great to a nine year old Montana kid who was taking in his first non-Griz game in Annapolis.

Yes, I have complaints, and a list that I'll post later. The last few posts are much better and realistic... Including 3 or 4 griz players in this list is just dumb

Those people are the real "poorgriz" right? :thumb:

But no for real I have friends that have never left the state before and going to a Griz game is the football highlight of their lives. Thats ok, these people are awesome folks and sometimes don't have the means to fly all over the place and watch football.

Biermann (made the most super human play I have ever seen in person chasing that Bobcat down in the 2007 Brawl of the Wild.)
Sam Bradford
Tim Tebow
Colt Brennan
DD

That is freaking awesome!

Absolutely didn't mean to poke fun at anyone's financial situation. Just pointing out the obvious fan bias on some of the picsk! Understandable of course because we're fans, but looking at things more objectively there is no way in hell you'd have that much disparity considering the griz have played against what, 200 or so teams in the past 20 years?

Based on the initial post, it is about the best player they have seen play (I assume) in person. That could limit the exposure for a lot of people for the number of players they have seen in person.

That being said, here is my unbiased list, and I'm going with six.

Rob Tesch
Kane Ioane
Travis Lulay
Dane Fletcher
Joey Thomas
Jan Stenerud

lol

Jan also makes my list if the five f$&king craziest Scandehouvians. Find a f$&king coat Stendrud, who do you think you are, Bud Grant?

You must still be wet behind the ears. No Edwards, no Kolar, no whomever they named the memorial press conference room after. Learn a little bit about your heritage. Youtube is your friend.

Limiting this to players I have personally watched in the Big Sky, not just ones who we all know were statistical leaders, I'd put Super Dave on the list just because he always found a way to get things done. I'd also put Travis Lulay on the list and Cooper Kupp. They just made you pull your hair in frustration cause they always made the big play. Nolan Saraceni is also on my list even though he wasn't BSC as when healthy he impacted the game like no one I've seen since Randy Moss (Who should be on any list).

I'm going by 5 best I've seen play as that is my understanding of this thread...

Quentin Coryatt (Hardest hit I've ever seen, ever)
Drew Brees
Raghib (Rocket) Ismail
Steve McNair
Randy Moss (I know, sore subject, but he did what HE wanted to)
