Hello Griz Fans,
We will be recording on Monday night so please leave us your questions and comments below about the dominating win vs sac or the next opponent in Portland St. As always thanks for listening and participating in this pod with us. Go Griz!

Same questions for you, as the GFP guys.

What factors have positively impacted this defense most?
To me, they all know their individual responsibilities every play and are in sync with one another. Pass coverage is certainly improved. Run defense isn't over pursuing as often. They're more patient in waiting for the offense to come to them.

How impressed are you with McDowell's accuracy on the big pass plays? He threw a lot of near perfect passes. Even the sideline incomplete pass to Fontes was accurate. Fontes should have caught it.

What's more likely, McDowell being a consistent big play maker close to Sneed's Sr year, or more of good game manager? No politically correct coachspeak responses.

I know no QB can be perfect but I loved that Clifton had zero interceptions before Sac State game. The interception seemed uncharacteristic of his play as he is usually so deliberate with his throws. Can you chalk that interception up to anything specific?

Same question as the one for GFP:

What kind of impact, if any, do you feel Tim Hauck is providing the defense? His extensive NFL experience, in my opinion, almost certainly has to offer up tons of additional defensive perspectives that he can help implement in their game planning and scheming for high powered offenses like Sac. Curious if any of you know or better understand the role he plays and what value he possibly is bringing this defense, that suddenly looks like a Top 2-3 defense in the country.

What would you say was the turning point for this defense this season? Was it a specific game, play, or a player that has transformed this defense?

Even though we are putting up a lot of points in recent weeks, I still feel a bit concerned about slow starts on offense in recent weeks. Do you both have any concern about that?

With Cliff McD putting his stamp on this team (and having another year of eligibility) and Ah Yat emerging as the next in line, what does this mean for Vidlak? Does he look for a better fit via the portal, or choose (hopefully) to settle into Missoula and commit to learning this system and being an asset in a next-man-up-scenario?

Great win by the Griz in a killer atmosphere Saturday night!

My burning question is, how conflicted is Robby Hauck this week?

What is your opinion on the chances of a PSU letdown? There is a lot riding on these last 2 games (possible home field throughout the playoffs), do you think this team can be distracted by the Brawl?
