Fife let me down today

I disagree 100 percent. Imagine showing the Griz coaches, fans and school time and time and time again that you are a much better and much more effective QB than the guy they are playing. Imagine the stats backing it up as well as have been proven many times. Imagine getting benched completely (he wasn’t going to play today) and watching the offense struggle like crazy and score ZERO. Points. Then imagine coming in only due to injury and leading the team to a TD very quickly and efficiently. Then imagine your coach, who has screwed you over all season long, lights you up like the 4th of July on the side lines not once but twice after that.

I fully support Fife telling Hauck to ef himself. Hauck deserved it. I don’t blame fife whatsoever and am glad he stood up for himself. The coaches have failed him miserably and he will be transferring out on season end. I’m done with these coaches too to be honest.
💯

I’ve always been a supporter of Fife, but after today, my perspective has shifted. One of the key lessons I learned during my time with Little Griz was the importance of respecting coaches and never talking back. Unfortunately, Fife crossed that boundary today, and as a result, I’ve decided to now support Ah Yay moving forward—win or lose
I can’t tell if you’re serious. You have to be fucking kidding right?! Hauck was way out of line. The only reason he was chewing on fife is because fife made him look like a fool, and because he was still fuming over fifes tweet, where he basically questioned the stupid fucking antics of this coaching staff. Fife should have been playing the whole game, but because he was in Bobby’s doghouse Bobby was willing to throw away a playoff berth for his ego by sticking with ah Yat, who clearly isn’t ready. Fife is likely gone after the season, even though he clearly won the starting job.

I agree with all but the last sentence.

Wow. Never expected this coming from you. That’s honestly really shocking.

Anyone with a bob sitt graphic has no say on this program...

He reamed the QB that turned around an inept, anemic offense in the first-half that scored 0 points 180 degrees into a highly effective offense in the second half that scored 28 points for celebrating our first hard-fought long-awaited TD of the game !!!

He reamed a quarterback that statistically is superior to the other QB but due to the coach's stubborn clinging to a quarterback rotation " by feel" system that has cost his team 1 to 2 more wins this season, including last week's embarrassing loss at WA-GRIZ on national TV where his team's fans largely evacuated their stadium by the start of the 4th quarter due to their disgust at his coach-induced impotent offense !!!

He reamed the QB that he has been jerking around all year by his incompetent QB rotation system, the same QB Logan Fife that won the game for him and his team today !!! ( And as already mentioned, when WR Aaron Fontes is called for the same penalty, unsportsmanlike conduct, he says nothing !!! )

" Who knows who's the starting quarterback for Montana, who knows ? "

Always liked this staff. Always supported them. Will continue to cheer for Griz always but this is such a blatant play of favoritism toward one QB over the other, and literally everyone can see it, that I can’t jus ignore how wrong it is. Hauck and whoever is making the decisions over QB play are single handedly blowing up this season and this team. I can’t imagine being Fife or his family or friends. It’s a huge screw job.

So Hoops, why do you think BH yelled at Fife and not at Fontes for getting a celebration penalty?
You're the inside info guy.
Different personalities.
Got to know how to address each personality. I guarantee, the whole team now knows Fife is THE man!

Seriously, with how the season has played out, "What did Fife have to lose?"

I’ve been a fan of Bobby for years. His over-reaction today is embarrassing. I hope Kent has a talk with him about being professional. These are kids, and I expect the adults to be adults.

Come at me!
Fife's response nailed it. They're both competitive. Looked to me. That response was music to Hauck's ears.

Hauck likes guy's with fire 🔥. It came out of Fife. They'll move forward fine. Just hope the fans do as well.

Personally, I was relieved to see that fire from both. Granted, clean up the language.

I don't actually know but one possibility is the timing. When Hauck blew up on Fife it was their first score after struggling offensively for a half and only had a 4 point lead. So, turning around and giving the other team a short field is a big deal at that point. Much more stressful situation in a game you almost have to win than after Fontes' score that put the Griz up 11 in the 4th and there was a better feeling about the offense by that time.

Another possibility is maybe after hugging it out with Fife that it opened his eyes to his actions and by the time Fontes scored, he had better awareness/control of his emotions.

I find it hard to believe he "hates" Fife like others have suggested. I think the coaches went with Ah Yat initially because I think it is their belief that his skillset compliments the run game more, which they said they wanted to get going this week.
