When you're trying to argue that the other guy, who hadn't managed a single TD against worse defenses in the previous 2 games, should have been playing, yeah. I think that's pretty good.
And again, the first TD was against the defensive players that had been rotating in the whole game.

He still played better then AhYat did those 4 weeks, you can keep ignoring the the scoreless half against Portland State, you know, the WORST Big Sky Defense in the Conference this season.

I am ignoring nothing. If you got a guy that played like ass for several weeks in a row and you decide to play the other guy, that doesn't seem like outlandish thinking. This isn't about what Ah Yat did, it was about what Fife had done, which is play poorly. Why keep doing the same thing over and over?

And you have? Who knew there were 2 of you like this. 35-3, only 139 yards of offense, multiple turnovers and 3 and outs roughly half way through the 4th quarter. You're surprised the defense took their foot off the gas, mixed in backups on defense and coasted the rest of the way? I know you're not THAT ignorant

I am fully expecting UT to argue that Fonoti should have started all season based on his stats in that one game. He must be better.
They called the dogs off against 9 other FCS teams this season, but only 1 other QB was able to score on them.

Like hell you aren't, his overall stats over the last 4 games he played in:
51/93 593 Yards 4TDs, 1Int, 2 Fumbles
Not world beating by any means but not at all God awful like you're claiming. He made some mistakes against TSU by fumbling (2nd could be argued the line collapsing into him) but AhYat literally had as many interceptions vs SDSU that Fife had all season.
And yeah I'm going to say Gilman of all people should be replaced
if anything he needed more touches but expecting anything constructive from you at this point is my mistake.
3 of those TDs and half of those yards came against the worst defense in the BSC.
Question, why do you continually refer to Ah Yat as Yat? Is it some type of disrespect or a put down?
Maybe after your performance yesterday with the Gradney thread we should start calling you Dict?

You mean the team that AhYat couldn't score or move the offense against for an entire half?
I'm not even trying to say that Ah Yat played amazing here. He clearly made dumb mistakes and it cost us a lot.
But people have this version of Logan Fife they keep pointing to that has not existed for several weeks despite ample opportunity to be that guy.

And some fumbles. Bottom line, they were both not good. The SDSU game wasn't going to end differently if Fife played. But you be you and beat the "Ah Yat only played because of favoritism" drum from here to eternity. They played Ah Yat because they believed he was the best option. Or are you one of these guys suggesting that Bobby doesn't care about winning?
