No...3 conference losses
Normally, on the numbers, I'd totally agree with you. But the Missouri Valley now seems to get the extra love that we all used to think went to the CAA. I'm in the process of putting together my guesses for the 24 spots. It comes down to selecting from among about eight different 7-4 teams. Right now, I'm betting the UNI, with its late-season run, will be the 4th bid from the MVFC.grizindabox said:... If UNI is a viable playoff team, then UND is also....

Yep, but after a terrible start, they have now won five straight games. Also, if they do not get UNI in, the "mighty" Missouri Valley would only have three teams in the playoffs. That does not seem very likely, given how much talk there has been about how strong the MVFC is. Also, if you open up that spot, you could end up giving either the Big Sky or the CAA five bids, or three to the SoCon. (None of the other conferences have "extra" teams with records good enough to be considered.) I just do not see that happening.grizindabox said:the UNI team that has only beaten 2 teams with winning records and 1 was EWUIdaGriz01 said:Normally, on the numbers, I'd totally agree with you.
