How do you justify 2 losses one to an unranked team? When you are talking about an undefeated team in Mcneese?

I think you must consider the entire schedule...not only the losses...and make a decision....I think NDSU played a much more difficult schedule and beat more good teams.....McNeese had a very weak schedule that hurt them...

And I agree with that on the surface, but losing to South Dakota should be a deal breaker they are not very good, and they lost to them at home

If anything that loss shows everyone just how tough the Missouri Valley Conference is. NDSU also lost to an unranked Valley team in 2012.

I think NDSU beat 8 ranked FCS teams heading into playoffs which was a record. They were the AQ from the toughest conference in the FCS. Again, they were the AQ from the toughest conference in the FCS. If anything I could have argued they were seeded low and Illinois State did not deserve to be the #2 seed. What the fuck did Jacksonville State do all year? Beat up on weak ass OVC teams. McNeese? Give me a fucking break. These conference champs who play nobody do not deserve to be seeded like they are. Year after year after year they are dominated by teams from strong FCS conferences.

I told everyone throughout this year NDSU was the team to beat. They proved it in the playoffs. Can't believe you are bitching about NDSU being seeded #3 when they finished the year #1.

I just wish they'd have to play a few playoff games outside the Quonset hut....people (who were NOT Griz fans) used to bitch incessantly about how the Griz were only making it to the NC game because they always got to play all their playoff games in the cozy confines of Wa/Griz....

The Griz had a strange year. They beat the best and lost to the worst (Sort of).
What the Griz need to do is stay below #10 in the rankings until the last few games of the season. Being #1 at the end is the goal.

The Bison are pretty good on the road as well. Of their last five losses, only two have been on the road.

Also, the committee tried to put them on the road this year, but Ill St. lost.

Why do people bash the FargoDome? I was with some Griz fans for the playoff game that had never been there, and they thought it was pretty cool. I know it is not Wa/Griz but it is still a pretty good venue.
