This is basically the system FCS uses that is very similar to Sagarin and the committee uses it for their playoff bracket as well. Griz at 3 spot

The link does lead to what looks like a new list. So, with all the $$$ the NCAA rakes in, why did the intern (boob) who posted the list leave the "as of" date as Nov 24, 2018 ?
