Question: At what point in time is a "play" no longer of consequence to the next play(s)?
OR
Under what situation may a subsequent snap and resulting play(s) be negated based
on "review" procedures of an earlier play?
OR
In the event that "play review" procedures are delayed, and ultimately found to be
non-reversed, are all subsequent plays negated?
AND FINALLY:
Who initiates the "review" at the FCS playoff level when the 7 (seven) Field Officials
have not questioned the play(s) in question?
