FCS Games on DirecTV (Sept 15)

The TV schedule is still what you might call “fluid.” Games are being postponed, then rescheduled, then moved to a different location, etc. So FWIW, here's the current situation … we’ll try to keep up.

Saturday
Code:
#25 Rhode Island at UConn 10:00 am	639, 788
#20 NAU at Missouri State 1:00 pm 793
Wagner at Montana State 1:00 pm 681
Lehigh at Navy 1:30 pm 221
Towson at #10 Villanova 1:30 pm 608
No Dakota at #5 Sam Houston St 5:00 pm 790
#21 Northern Iowa at Iowa 5:30 pm 610-1

JMU absolutely crushed Robert Morris, 73-7, on Thursday. Of course, RM was 2-9 last year and the year before (in the pitiful Northeast Conference), so we know they're a crappy team. I still think we won't know how strong JMU is until they get into conference play.

More FCS games have appeared on the DirecTV schedule ... will update that posting when we have a more complete set.

As always great job doing this ida! :thumb:

Not much to choose from this weekend

Once in a great while we used to see some changes on Saturday morning, but we're not very hopeful this year.

One game added (Towson at #10 Villanova), but one game canceled (Walsh at Jacksonville).

Discovered another game: Murry State at Kentucky on channel 611-1. Not very interesting, however, as Kentucky leads 17-0.

Meanwhile, Rhode Island is hanging with UConn ... behind only 28-21 with about 4 min left in the half.

Rams hung with UConn all the way, with a chance to tie it right near the end. Finally lost, 56-49.

North Dakota pulled back in front of #5 SHSU, 24-23, but this is not the year for an upset in Iowa ... Iowa pounding Northern Iowa, 31-zip.
