UNI gets a turnover and now leads 13-10 going into the 4th quarter. So much for an FBS ranking.
 
Here's a surprise (now that we can "come up for air"): Three minutes into the 3rd quarter and Portland State is down only 4 point at Arkansas ... and they're moving the ball.
 
Question: Are teams still allowed to invoke a "running clock" (mercy rule) when things get out of hand? Right now Penn State leads Idaho 72-7 and they have the ball with plenty of time left. Earlier, the Howard at Maryland game was like that and ended at 79-0.
