EWU @ Idaho?

Guess this is just FCS vs FCS, USD vs UM is intriguing because it has our former head coach returning to play against the Griz who had a rather... well documented... off season.

That or E. Ill vs S. Ill which I'd imagine is some sort of rivalry.

Possibly not include the Griz game in a poll such as this? We all know we'd like to see the Griz. But there have to be better games out there. I voted UNH at Holy Cross.

Ditto. NH is about the only one other than MT that goes fairly deep in the playoffs.

meh, it was the only game I wanted to watch. Don't get me wrong between Thursday I'm excited to watch MSU, Sac State, EWU and PSU(if it's on tv) looks like all of them are on between espn3 and tv. I'm just ready for some damn football.

Now THAT we can all agree on! :thumb:

Not really. Even most of FCS is in agreement on this one

My point was that posting a poll on egriz asking the fans to determine which game is most important to them is redundant when the Griz game is included. I agree fully that I'm looking forward to my Cats AND the Griz playing. But I believe it might be more interesting if we force the poll out of the box a bit. :thumb: I'm just so stoked for any football (preseason included) I can barely contain myself. Got my shift moved around so I can attend the game on Thursday and the little bro will be sendin me updates on the Griz Saturday. TGFF (Thank God For Football)

Even if I wasn't a Griz fan I honestly think I'd have to pick UM vs. USD. While I have no idea if this is true, I doubt any FCS school has been through the turmoil and changes that the U of M has: new AD, new coaches, new QB, unproven players at other skill positions. Add to that a former coach making his debut on the other sideline. All of that is amplified by the past success the Griz have had. Will the Griz come out strong or fall flat? Is there a bigger question in all of FCS? If so, I havent heard it.

Good points, it will be very interesting to see what goes on. I'm predicting a Griz win but I know Joe will be working hard to make his mark, and what better way than to beat Montana?

Agree with all your points, plus also Joe's first game coaching his alma mater & the Yotes first game in their first season of eligibility. Hopefully, a good game.
