100% agree. My only criticism of Bobby. Way too stubborn w his starters.

His only downfall that he's always had. Sometimes guys are just having a bad game. Sometimes they need pulled. If it's not working out, try something else. McDowell got hurt early on in the game and really after that he wasn't able to use his legs, which is his biggest threat.

According to coach Hauck, Clif was just fine physically.

He was limping around and favoring his right leg tho.. when he got cart wheeled it seemed to affect him. But, even before that in all these playoff games, he has leaned away from running and has stayed in the pocket for quite awhile. The last time I seen McDowell doing McDowell stuff was against MSU. Something happened after that

I noticed that as well, lately it seems like he was either told to not take off and run as much and keep looking downfield or something occurred to change his play.

I’m trying to figure this out. I was at the game. Cliff had at LEAST four passes RIGHT IN THE hands of receivers that were dropped. CRITICAL drops. He still went 22-39 for 165. Should have been 26-39 for well over 200. Yet you want to annoint Ah Yat who played in garbage time because he went 6/7?

That game was NOT lost by McDowell. Period. End of story.

Unfortunately for the Grizz players, coaches, and fans SDSU is just far superior to this team. The JackRabbits played like 💩 and still kicked your asses!! Bobby Hauck and company got bullied when it counted and all UM players were left with were fake bravado and tears in the end. Another year for the liberal hippie town of Missoula to pout in your manure pits while wearing your crocs and banging sweaty, armpit hair filled, fat women!! Complete tear on ACL and meniscus pretty tore up as well. Not the best way to end his career.
