FCS Attendance Leaders

Can’t imagine only filling less than 1/10th of a stadium like some of the schools on the list… we are incredibly blessed.
Was watching the highlights again from ISU and it's crazy to me that a night game for the first time in like a decade in Pocatello vs the Griz and they can't even fill up that tiny stadium.

Also how is the litterbox always listed at 120% capacity? Are they just super fudging those numbers over there or what's the deal with that?

If they are putting 121% capacity into that place, what the hell is the fire marshall doing in Bozeman?
Based on the BPD bingo card, my guess is the BFD works even less than the cops which is saying something.

And Merrimack is at over 200%. That says nothing though, you have to realize these are "football fields" with some bleachers a lot of open space all around. Watch them play on ESPN+ and you'd think it's some adult league in a city park.
A lot of stadiums in the FCS are not great there is a huge range even within the Big Sky Conference. UNC’s stadium looks like a high school field.

Exactly…..don’t believe one thing that place reports out.

That wasn't my point. If you posting percentages like that is supposed to be impressive but there are only 2500 seats, who cares that you have 4k or 5k. I am very well aware of what all the BSC "stadiums" are and even that high school field PSU plays on would be praised by teams in the NEC. I thought there was an attendance and stadium capacity requirement for FCS too, but this chart makes me doubt that. Throw that argument out to team on the east coast especially and they counter that it is because there is nothing else to do in Montana.

just shows you how crappy the FCS is and why we should be done with it BUT who cares what the fans think because it's just more money for Montana the way it is now. Maybe we could do an expansion and pop the worthless bubble somehow for more stadium seating. Montana Tech's NAIA Stats shows an overall home attendance of 6,128 average for the 2025-26 season.
