Bisonville is talking about a possible FBS move up and to that I say, PLEASE DO! Good riddance, it would be nice for other programs to legitimately compete for FCS football championships again, and maybe an NDSU move up will make all the fat boys humble once they settle into mediocrity at the FBS level (remember Marshall?) NDSU can compete to make it to the Lard Bowl every year...

Or we could just become a better team then them and beat them. We did it with a lesser team then we got now.

Agree with Alabamagriz here!. I like playing NDSU, and to win the NC again, I want to make sure we beat the best . I like the NDSU fans as well. The Griz will be back at the top again and everyone will be saying why don't they move up. This is a cycle like everything else. NDSU at the top will change soon enough.
 
They have to move to the FBS. Everyone knows there is no competition left for them to conquer in the FCS. It's not fair to their players or fans to remain in this lesser bracket! With the FBS expanding their playoff format in the next few years, it gives NDSU just enough time to get established for yet another National Championship!

Give them credit for wanting to compete against better competition. UM should have moved to FBS 20 years ago.

Lard Bowl? Listen, twatwaffle, if we move up, it won't be for some D2'ish bowl like the Lard Bowl. We want the Deep Fried Gravy & Mayo Balls Topped With Fudge Bowl. I feel like we will have earned it. Plus, my LDL cholesterol is hovering around 180 and my triglyceride count dropped below 400, so that kind of a bowl game could push my numbers to 300 & 550.

More power to them. Seems they will need a bigger stadium. Does the Fargo dome hold even 20,000 people? I think a couple years ago they would have probably made the transition pretty well not so sure now but hope it works out for them.
 
Oh so now they wanna move up now that they’re no longer immortal in the FCS? They’ve been saying for so long they don’t wanna move up because they enjoy dominating, and now that the playing fields been leveled they wanna bail? I bet they don’t leave anytime soon.

Remember Boise State? Remember the 2007 Fiesta Bowl? Oklahoma v. Boise Sate may be the best college football game I've ever seen. There's glory out there too--if you reach for it.

Yup, once the playoff expands to eight teams, hopefully sooner then later, it will really open the door for the Boise’s, Marshall’s, App St’s, and the Central Florida’s of the FBS to finally have a shot at a natty.

Tim, my only hope is that you do another hype video this year. My second only hope is that you back it with that track from some Russian band like the one a couple years ago. My third only hope is that you link that video. My fourth only hope is that you remind me of the band name and song so I can listen to it on repeat for six months. Sorry for all the hopes.
