Facilities, strength program, analytics

We went from one idiot thinking his D3 football son represents all football recruits at D1 Montana to an even bigger idiot thinking his 2 daughters playing volleyball and track represents every college football recruit at Montana. You are the one who is posting about stuff you know nothing about, please stop. You are a loser with no personality and everyone can see it. You make your entire personality about being a soldier and don’t bring anything of value, NOTHING. Everyone here can see it.
Hey - 52-dumb to post here - 80.

You have no idea what you are talking about. You haven't sniffed a D1 athletic experience other than a few jock straps. Zero D1 athletes play for a program because of their nutrition programs...none, nada, zip. That's a fact.

Go on a date with your boy old Griz- you two can talk about crap you know zero about. So dumb - so wrong. Sad. Your parents must really wonder what went wrong with you. Feel bad for them.

“Nutrition was a big one… You just have a lot more access to things that can benefit you most definitely.” — Idaho transfer Andrew Marshall on Nebraska’s nutrition setup.

You are clueless about football and Nebraska. Egriz should create a clueless geriatrics club for you, Hoops, Hike and Oldn. I feel bad for anyone associated with you. You are bottom of the barrel.

I suspect at the FCS, most SC's are focusing virtually all their time with football since all other sports cost money rather than make money.
If I was a S&C coach, I would focus, at least some time, on the Olympic sports. Then you have the opportunity of getting invited to Colorado Springs and some of the best S&C research and coaches in the nation, if not the world.

At most schools there are strength coaches focused just on football and other strength coaches working on other sports. I see this is the case at Illinois State and Montana State.

Jim Kramer came to NDSU in November 2003 from Colorado Springs, Colo., where he was a strength and conditioning coordinator at the U.S. Olympic Training Center for a year-and-a-half assisting in the development of Performance Enhancement Teams and the testing and training of elite-level athletes.

I’m of the opinion that learning from college football strength and conditioning programs rather than private gyms or other sports is generally a better route to go but there are exceptions to that like Jim Kramer.

I'm of the opinion of learning from the best is the best route to go and the U.S. Olympic teams have the best.

No recruit cares about the nutrition program. Every recruit likes the Performance Center. Looks like none of you had kids recruited.
:ROFLMAO:

I’m glad some of our Cat recruits care about our nutrition program. It’s pretty top notch.

It’s not really anything I brag about because my kids accomplishments are their own and not mine to boast about. But my kids are 23, 21 and 19 and all of them were recruited to play sports. Two of them our playing collegiate sports as we speak. I can’t see how your kids getting recruited 3 decades ago or whenever it was really makes you an expert but I understand you can’t help yourself so I can respect that.

Every NFL player, worth their salt, will tell you that taking care of their body is their #1 priority and that includes nutrition. If college athletes are not paying attention to nutrition programs, then they are not paying attention to themselves. This isn't the 1990s or early 2000s anymore.

Yeah I mean college football recruits are not NFL players but it is ludicrous to say none care about nutrition.

So much for the importance of diet. I imagine your children were primarily raised on Slim Jim’s and Bobcat Batter.

I’m pretty sure Janikowski was more concerned about having a good time than taking care of his body and he was definitely an NFL player worth his salt.

You 2 fuc$tards have missed the point entirely. There are very, very few D1 athletic departments that dont have a nutrition program - or course P5 programs and conferences have them at echelon. My girls are well taken care of - monitored and on personalized programs.

That's not the point - the point is recruits do NOT choose to attend based on who has the best nutrition program. They just don't. It's not even a top 20 criteria.

I know it's hard for you guys to understand this basic sports stuff because you spent your youth building computers in your rooms.

Some of us however, are well connected to P4 athletic departments. You should read more and post less.
