This article acknowledges problems but also presents the viewpoint of people who were in the program and had intimate knowledge of it. This article could have been run yesterday along with the other to present some of both sides. This along with Bobbys punishments for the for misbehavior/criminal activity and clarification of acquittals etc would have made for legitmate journalism.
