I am a traditional Roman Catholic (not Vatican I); so I have an exemption from my Bishop stating my objections about the "ethics" these new vaccines are created - aborted fetal tissue. So far all of the vaccines use tissue from an aborted human for testing, which I believe is a sin. Can I now not attend a football game? Lose my job? Should I be jailed? Pope Francis has said it's okay to take the vaccine, but he (and most of Rome) are Modernist, their judgement is clouded by such disease.
The Pope didn't say it was ok he said it was an act of love to get vaccinated. I thought he was infallible? Should a Rastafarian get an exemption from the Department of Transportation to be a commercial pilot?
You do not know what papal infallibility is. The Pope is only infallible (without error) when he speaks ex-Cathedra (from the Chair) The last time a Pope did that was in the 1950s. So, unless Francis comes out with a papal Bull from the Chair of Peter, I can ignore him, as I do most of the time. He's just a Pope. Everything he has stated since he was elected has been his own theological beliefs. I attend a Society of Saint Pious X church in CO. The SSPX priests ordained are in an irregular situation with Modernist (Liberal) Rome. They do not agree with Liberal interpretations of Vatican II and still celebrate the Old Rite mass, so they have no legal (canonical recognition) with the Vatican, although they are validly ordained and sacraments are valid.
You have a lot of Catholics, and other pro-lifers who are hesitant because all of the vaccines thus far use fetal cell lines in testing. It's my conviction that they should not, as I believe abortion is a Holocaust. Many, including myself are waiting for the Novavax vaccine to be approved because it's an old school vaccine, and from my understanding there is no testing using aborted human tissue., and it's not big pharm. Most people I know are not anti-vax, but hesistant , they aren't buying the popular narrative put out by lord Fauci, who contradicts himself over and over again. It's also true that I should expect some "penalty" for being so hesitant. Maybe it's at the cost of my job, or not being able to attend a football game, but I guess I will have to live with it.
