EWU red turf nothing. Look up what Oregon did.

From the article:
“Finally our product will come to light.” Hank Scorpio, CEO of Globex Corporation said, “Oregon football is an incredible shining star. We have been working on prototypes since we partnered with LiteBrite to produce a more reliable, energy efficient product. We expanded into field turf and believe this will be the catalyst to seeing it become a residential product neighbors can enjoy year-round.

Me thinks this is an April fools joke :(
To their credit a well done one.
And the best part was ... if such a thing were possible, Oregon would be -- by far -- the program you'd most expect to try it. :thumb:

This was a good one. I thought last year's Oregon one was better. They put a huge story about how they were leaving Nike and had signed a deal with Under Armour. A lot of people bought that one. Oregon does a good job of being unique with these.

The Minnesota Wild did a good one today. A lot of players were involved in it. They announced they were leaving the NHL to be a franchise in China in Russia's KHL. It was pretty well thought out.

Same concept could be done with projectors mounted above the field, wouldn't be surprised to see a few deep pocketed teams with Domes as their home stomping grounds to implement similar effects.

Have you guys been seeing the opening into these Final 4 games??? The stuff they're doing is phenominal technology. Very cool effects. I wonder what the chipper tonight will be like.

Could we @ least spirit away a marketing person or two from them. Even their jokes seem better thought through...
