EWU in Trouble?

Where did you get that number? Idaho State is the only BSC school that has had a decent SOS ranking this season. Theya re currently 12th, EWU is 93rd. That is Sagarin, which is the one most often cited.

"Currently" being the operative word. My post was from the 22nd of Dec. after we played Gonzaga, UNLV, UW, Santa Clara and Oregon and before we played Idaho. It came from this unofficial but free rpi blog: http://kenpom.com/rpi.php and was echoed on a local radio show here in Spokane.

In other words, a meaningless stat. Not to take awy from playing those schools, but the teams that opened with North Carolina and Duke could make similar cases.

The thread was based on an article in the Spokesman Review. I don't know anyone who doesn't want Stuckey 100%. In fact, I think the coach is nuts playing him if he has any chance of aggravating that injury.

No, no......what I meant when I posted that was they really are in trouble right now......In the NAU game. But it's tied up right now after a long run by the Eags. :rockon:

In case you are wondering, the Lady Griz lead your Eagles 47-22 at the half, and Morales (Womens BSC version of Stuckey) has only taken 1 shot.

They used to be one of the best BSC teams.

True, to a certain extent.

One could make a case that other than W's and L's, all stats are meaningless.

Still, I'm guessing it's the same kind of stat you wouldn't hestitate to use in defending the Griz, who, btw, also caused our sos to plummet. :thumb:
