Everything needs improvement except these things

Running backs, kick/punt returners, long snapper, Bergen, Harris, Wilson, Racanelli, maybe the TE's, coaches, attitude, desire.

I would say there’s room for improvement everywhere all the time even on the best teams.

To add to your list our run blocking has looked much improved. Pass protection still needs some work, but our line is gelling and we’ve identified the starters and the next man up.

Cheese, always reliably good.
I'm going with Missouri style BBQ ribs, too.

Remember life before craft brews? The big improvements were ice beer, dry beer and then some idiot stocked grocery shelves with Zima. No one even realized the improvement potential of beer.

Then how do you explain the Griz underperforming in those areas?
As I have said various times, guys still learning the D and the O, to a lesser extent. Multiple mistakes. Injuries. I've heard the coaches say that it usually takes over half of the season for new players to get up to full speed and start playing at a high level.

The D in particular hasn't been consistent enough, and has had some weak quarters or halves, but the D has also played fairly well at times and in the same games.

Yes. And I don't expect him to play every game like the last one. He hasn't played that well in the first 4.
Try being substituted in and out of the game. When he got a full game - he really performed. I don’t want to hear about the competition being poor. Balogna. He stepped in and got the job done on the road in a hostile environment. The kid did a great job. We are fine at QB. Ah Yat is also a good QB. Both are still trying to find their way with the offense. They will get there. One game at a time.
