Looked good. So why'd they take him out? Pitch count, I assume. His relief didn't do so hot, but at least they got out of the inning still ahead.

Big mistake to take him out when they did. Horrible missed strike by ump on guy he walked, before they yanked him. I see that he's nicknamed "the professor".

My daughter knows Hendricks. Rugby and baseball shared a trainer, and athletes lifted in the same training center at various times. Says he is a very nice and humble guy.

Maddon was absolutely stupid for taking him out when he did. If the Cubs had lost the game, Joe should've been fired on the spot.

Yeah, they pulled em a little early he still had some gas in the tank. Not sure why you pull a guy when he is dominating out there but it worked out in the end.
