Well, that wasn't very nice. Besides, just because you fear it, doesn't mean it won't happen.

Not trying to offend, Mike. I've just seen a lot of guys that look like this in Idaho.

Not offended. Not a spud, I just live here. But, get out much? Have you been to Darby, Libby, Deerlodge, Polson, Butte, Anaconda, East Missoula? I've seen that same guy in all those places (to name a few) Better keep those doors locked,

You bring up a fair point, Mike. My list of "areas of concern" would include the North Fork. Lincoln and the Yaak. Oh, and Great Falls. Just because it's a windy S-hole.

I forgot Martin City and the Oxford

ha. even all the way in idaho?! i for one am shocked that the griz fan base is so large that it spills into states as far away as idaho. ;)

Huh? Idaho is 20 miles from Missoula as the osprey flies. Bozo is 200.

I'm not sure if this is relevent but I always make sure to lock my truck doors while traveling through Idaho. This action is based on a long-standing fear of being ass raped.

Well, that wasn't very nice. Besides, just because you fear it, doesn't mean it won't happen.

Thank God for Planned Parenthood, huh, Ursa? Stop by for some free ass-raping lube and wrappers.

Thanks for the tip, Mayor!!

Senator Larry "Wide Stance" Craig

I think he is just old. Maybe just happy. But why would an osprey fly from Missoula to Idaho? :?:

You knuckledragging troglydytes need to chip in and buy an Atlas...and Missoula is still 20 miles from Idaho and 200 from Bozeman...and this just in...the Earth is still round. :stupid:

I can't tell if you're seriously that stupid, or if you just want to look like an idiot.

Zzzzzzz...After you learn how to read a map you may still be able to delete your clueless post saving yourself further embarrassment...stupidity reigns on egriz.

trogly whats? So if i understand what you are saying an Osprey can only fly 20 miles? Or if they want to fly East to Bozeman they first have to fly North first to shorten the trip due to the curvature of the earth? I'm a little confused on that point, but why do you hate osprey so much?

what are you talking about?! what does bozeman have to do with anything? i was saying the same thing as you my friend. the title was "even in idaho". so was having fun with that because idaho isn't exactly on the other side of the country from missoula. it just didn't seem too shocking that "even in idaho" you could find griz fans. this seemed obvious to just about everyone.... :o

I sense that this is a new concept to you...

I'll wager $50 with the first person who'll take me up on my statement of fact that Idaho is indeed 20 miles from Missoula courtesy of any published AAA map. I'm waiting...

As for you Grizbeer, please tell me you're only a fan of the Griz and not a UM grad. The school has suffered enough indignities already...

Silver-T, you're not only correct, it's even closer than that. According to my Nat Geographic topo map, central Missoula is only about 15 miles -- direct distance -- from the corner of Idaho that's about 4 miles due north of Lolo Peak. Don't know what AAA has to say, but I'll take NatGeo (directly taken from USGS) over them any day.

Driving distance is about 35 miles, BTW.

Wish granted 'Tipper, but please, continue this thread. It's turning into a good day.

Uh, Silver-T ... according to my Nat Geographic topo map, central Missoula is only about 15 miles -- direct distance -- from the corner of Idaho that's about 4 miles due north of Lolo Pass. Don't know what AAA has to say, but I'll take NatGeo (directly taken from USGS) over them any day. (Don't need your dough, however. )

So?...you've proven my claim... whatcha want, egg in you beer? Hey Grizbeer, if you're still staying in the hand against a royal flush be my guest. I'll email Brint to see if he'll hold our respective $50 cash in his escrow account. Meanwhile stop by AAA for a peak at the Montana map. On second thought don't...
