Engstrom reminds me of......

kevraid....why in the world did they hire this guy is beyond me. This is another example of him being in nunnie nonnie land. I don't know a business or organization that doesn't let their employees out early Christmas eve. Did he go home early?

Scrooge as The U has always let employees out 3-4 hours early on Christmas eve... Prez engstrom refused to do this even though the U was basically closed. Hugh Jesse did nothing and even our dept head frenchy refused so WELL DONE ENGSTROM for starting a new tradition. Then they can wonder why morale is so low

Most people have to work an entire shift on Christmas Eve. If they choose not to, then they take vacation or unpaid leave. That's pretty much the way the world works.

Sounds to me like Engstrom has a sense of entitlement problem among his university employees.

Yes. He goes to most all of the basketball games and sits courtside.
