Contact Marcus Welnel and he can take care of it for you. Go to good ol grizzlies and contact Marcus. Or go to Eli's NIL store at NIL.com and purchase his items. Just a couple of ways.

If you knew about the gilmans even remotely you’d know that he wouldn’t do something like that without running it by his mom first.
 
Portal opens tomorrow with the 5 day period. 15 days to follow for the Griz. A guess we lose more at end of spring practice than we do in the next 20 and a half days.
 
If Eli goes, it will be for a great opportunity for HIM and good for HIM! On the other hand, I am wondering if Eli is thinking to himself - how many times do I have to post an 'I am staying' video before people understand that I am staying.
 
I don't think he'll leave. UM is paying him a crap ton of $$. Not sure that another school would offer significantly more.

Ok but how does what UM is paying him plus a future NFL contract compare to what other schools would pay him for 1 season?

I don’t know what exactly UM is paying him besides that it is on the high end for FCS. Power 4 running backs are making around $300,000 in NIL per season on average. The minimum rookie salary in the NFL for the 2027 season is $930,000. The minimum salary for a player with 1 season experience in 2028 is $1,095,000. The minimum salary for a player with 2 seasons experience in 2029 is $1,210,000. The average NFL career length for running backs is around 2.5 seasons. As you can see atleast for running backs NFL money is far more impactful than NIL regardless of what UM is paying him.

Gillman was offered way more than $300,000 a year ago, by several schools. And he wasn't even in the Portal. While your questions are relevant, questions of how to best get to the NFL without getting beat up too much in college, along with how to best get a higher draft selection are other important considerations. And, is it easier to make the Senior Bowl as the featured back at UM, or as a one of the backs at a much bigger school? While I don't know, I wonder if the stat about average rb length in NFL is misleading. Just something I have thought of. Does the number get skewed down for some reason.
