CET is not with the team tonight in portland. Tinks said in pre game that a decision would be made sunday or monday weather or not CET will suit up for play on monday at home. Thats all i know. Well i also know that they could desperatly use him right now.

We need a lot more than CET right now. The loss to PSU was a real display of pathetic BB. Had PSU played well (they almost matched the Griz in terms of sloppiness), they would have won by 50.

I guess you are hearing similar things I am. I for the life me just cannot get a confirmation though supporting what I am hearing. I guess I need to get back to Missoula to hear the inside from people of know. Anyone of know please pm me or when the time comes post here on his status.

Personally I am hoping he is reinstated, but that is the basketball fan in me hoping that. I certainly do not want Tinks compromise integrity for the sake of saving a player.

My family thinks I mumble to myself all the time anyway so I'll answer my own question...according to this morning's Missoulian it sounds as if CET's eligibility may be an academic issue. Frustrating to say the least.

DUI, grades and now partner assault I hear. I think we've seen CET for the last time in a Griz uniform. Huge loss for the Griz.

He's completing a course in which he took an incomplete. He doesn't have a grade problem. The DUI will go away eventually, is my guess. There's no partner assault, unless it's come to light in the last day or so, to my knowledge. I hope to see him in uniform on Saturday.

You make a good point, however, Tinks is in a bit of a Catch-22. There is precedent on how DUI's have been handled within FB and LG Basketball. If CET is released, don't be shocked if someone plays the race card. Not saying CET would, but come on people, you know how it works.

If a precedent was set by Lady Griz Basketball, then CET would have been suspended for just two games and he should be back now. Of course, two of the games he missed may have been for the DUI and the others for having him concentrate just on completing the course he took and incomplete. If that is the case, he will be back soon.
