I wasn't really doing cardio or lifting at all when I was 5-10% carbs for daily calorie intake. I bet strength training would be tough on it, or at least would have been for me. Another side effect I noticed was this:

Something more balanced is probably a better long term thing, but if you have to do an underwear modeling shoot or something in 30 days (who hasn't been there), I highly suggest it.

Hell yes it is, sex is a third party way of getting my baby batter from the bed room to the bathroom without me walking.

eGriz is much less needy and doesn't need to be cuddled or complimented to make it through the day.
