I was able to find a hole in the system. Pick the winner of the play-in game to win it all. You double your chances from 1/65 to 2/65. Just make sure not to tell everyone or they will all do it.
 
OK I've got a problem. I've got the highest possable points remaining in all of my pools....but I have BC playing in the NC game. Blow my pool or have the Griz win. Done. I'll blow my pool......so I can see the Griz win.

See How easy that is.
