Egbo over Nash

Supposedly Egbo started over Nash....

For those of us unable to watch the game, how did he look?

I thought he looked pretty good actually. Seemed to be flying around a lot and made some tackles. Don’t remember them throwing much his way.

What surprised me is Martin starting over Villanueva. Wasn’t Angel a pre season all big sky pick? Is he banged up still?

I’m not sure if he’s injured or not, but Villanueva wasn’t playing last week against UCD either.

He played last few minutes of SUU game during mop up time so must be healthy enough to make the trip and play. Guessing was just not getting job done

no, but, i really liked what i saw of Gavin Robertson.......he gets to the ball fast and makes the play.

Yes and he brings that "extra" with it like Janacaro does. Next great RB.

Good call. Gavin absolutely blew up a RB on that hit. Not sure how that dude got up after that

Not getting it done is exactly right.

For over two years, I have never seen an OL stand around idle during the play and during the pile n my life!

You really don't see them engaged in a block driving them downfield either. You also don't see the big oline guys downfield even trying to get more blocks. Hell the QB does. Watching other games this weekend it really stood out how much more their lines move down field as running plays occur. A few of this oline should buy a ticket to the game as much as they stand around watching a play occur.

It could be a good wake up call for em especially in the off season.
