Eastside Catholic teammates commit to Montana

Since the first thread on the announcement turned into a clusterf**k, perhaps this one will last a bit longer...perhaps.

Eastside Catholic (Sammamish, Wash.) has been one of the top programs in the state the last few years, and have started sending athletes off to various D1 programs around the country. This past Sunday, Alex Neale and Cody Baker joined that list when both committed to play for the University of Montana.

with these two, add the other two exceptional athletes that have verbaled and you have the makings of a great class of recruits, at least on paper....one would think that this would have to have a positive influence on other top recruits and their choice of programs, ie simms and other 2 and 3 star athletes.....very exciting imo .......
 
One thing Delaney's staff has done well I think is recruit. I'm not saying its the only thing they've done we'll before any one reads too much into that sentence. You can deffenetly argue in favor of them being good recruiters. Here's a list of our recruits for tha last two years since Drlaney's staff has taken over.

Four of them will be starters and another nine will be contributing alot already this year. Considering the size of last years class alone with only 12? schollies to work with, getting very talented out-of-state kids to walk on, should prove how talented these guys are at getting some pretty darn good talent to come here.
 
Good start to recruiting class. I think NFL track record has definitely been a strong selling point. Sims has big offers and will likely continue to get some, but I wouldn't count him out. Not everyone wants to leave home and he has a good relationship with Pfahler.
