Eagles play guessing game with Griz

We want him to play. <<< Seriously. He's good but we can beat your team with him on the field. My guess is we get three interceptions and recover a fumble.......and win.

With the goons Burton has on scholarship at PSU and their history of cheap, career ending shots I'd be hesitant to play VAJ even if he's cleared. Burton will probably have his squad take up clogging lessons before that game.

I'd be totally shocked if Jordan West didn't get the start this weekend.

I'm on to you...

I'm totally serious. He could practice this week, but even if the foot is 100% (which i doubt), who knows what type of condition he's in mentally and physically. Five weeks is a long time to go without any reps.

The offense is obviously much different without Adams playing, but West has shown he can win games when the staff puts him in the right position. He's done pretty well, with the exception of the NAU game.

As was previously mentioned, this is a big game, but Eastern can still make the playoffs with an L this weekend and a W over PSU. It's not ideal, but the season would continue. If Adams comes back too early and re-injures himself, I don't see the post-season lasting that long. Sort of a Catch-22, but I'd be hugely surprised if VA starts this Saturday.

I think if VA is cleared to play, he will play. Too much riding on a loss. Eastern should be in the playoffs no matter what happens the next two weeks, but win out and most likely a top 4 seed awaits. A lot easier to make noise in the playoffs with home games than playing on the road. VA gives us our best chance and if he is medically cleared, he plays...

You might be able too but you haven't proven it yet...He's 2-0 against the Griz, with 810 yards and 9 td's against you.

Growler claims we win by two TDs no mater the QB.

You know, old Growler like in big G.

AZ like in Steve D.

Guessing what? Adams?

...and he wasn't in coming rusty off a major injury, and both games basically came down to who recovered a late game on-side kick. Not exactly clear-cut one way or another (when it comes down to points on the board, not yards gained).

EWU is probably favored regardless of who you start at QB, but only by a hair without VA.

if there is a doubt in anyone's mind as to whether v.a. plays, there shouldn't be....he is way to competitive to miss the opportunity to play the griz........he will be in there come Saturday...and we want him to be....in order to be the best, you have to beat the best.

Would be crazy, if he does play, Waggenman reinjures VA, it's over for season. I'd wait until playoff time or when the games matter. But that's just me.

He's playing, and if the Griz don't prepare with that in mind, they're making a big mistake.

I am sure the Griz are preparing for VA, but I am still not sure he is playing.

I repeat..... "My guess is we get three interceptions and recover a fumble.......and win."

Any chance he will be trying to make up through the air what he lacks in mobility gaining yards with his own two feet....or foot and a half or whatever it is? Regardless, I hope he is able to play, makes it through the game in one piece and can outrun Wags. Well maybe not that last one but we all do hope he continues to heal. He's a great playa.
