I can verify that it was 100% done by the University or, at least, with their knowledge and approval for future video usage or whatever.

Ok, it may have been approved by the University however the law on UAV's via the FAA strictly prohibits UAV/Drones from flying over people. All you need do is look at FAA waiver 107.39. it is not allowed. If you remember last year there was a drone flight that took place over the football field during pregame. They had the area right below the flight roped off and the done was only allowed to fly straight up and straight down. They even mentioned on the PA that it was an approved FAA flight. Look, I'm not trying to be a jerk, just letting those who did it know that it is against federal law to do what they did unless they somehow got the waiver but I don't see it as being allowed at anytime.

It's probably in small print on your ticket stub..."bearer holds UM harmless in case of drone decapitation, idiot bear crashing motorcycle into stands, drunken URSA falling over ticket holder, and so on and so forth".

Did anyone else notice the drone being flown over the north end zone stands during the game? If anyone knows who did this please let them know that what they did was illegal as hell and in violation of FAA laws. Its idiots like this that give drone use a bad name!!!!
