He is not typical. Few can match or will even attempt to match his style. FYI he is a Fargo police officer from my understanding. The pic doesn't do him justice. The shiny gold pants and platform shoes really make the outfit.

I would if I knew what it meant. It's pretty confusing. What does one wear when shopping in downtown Seattle? Does it differ from Portland or SF? Is there a manual or something? What if there is inclement weather? The Texas fan above looks like he's ready to go shopping, but is he dressed for downtown Seattle? I don't know.

Maybe it's a raincoat or umbrella reference? Ohh! maybe because the UNDSU plays inside a converted strip mall, the author was making fun of how the Grizzly fans have to dress for the weather. You know, playing football in an outdoor stadium, the way God intended it to be played.

NDSU: up here we think of it as the place our kids don't go to play hockey. UND, now that is a place to aspire to, Jonathon Toews went there. We are a couple hundred miles north of Fargo and we play football outdoors. Nice little concert hall you have there, you must be so proud that Minnesota and Wisconsin have so many left over athletes.
