I don’t think you should use ai to argue for ai, that seems a little counter productive and gives the ai an opportunity to defend itself. I saw I, Robot.

I use AI a dozen times a day. It's great. I have used it for years. But I cite that I am using it. I don't start with AI, adapt it to make it look like I may have written the post, and then post without citing the AI. If you aren't using AI, you are letting life pass you by. If you have an argument against it or anything, speak up. You would do well to spend more time on school and academics, than posting on egriz. You appear to have gotten behind, and it's going to get worse.

I actually think AI can be an excellent tool. We’ve already had this debate. I’m not going to get into it. I certainly like to use it for grammar and those kinds of things, but I don’t like to just copy and paste it because it scrubs all parts of the internet for its data without context, which often leads to differing results. I’m actually planning a whole independent study around the ethical use of AI tools within a college setting!

Cutting and pasting from top sites like Grok, ChatGBT and Gemini, with citations, is much better than most other quick research and just the old Googling. I don't just use any AI. I can often see whether it's weak or has mistakes. Posting good AI for the tuition of the Ivies, etc. is an excellent use of AI. It's quicker, better, and more complete. You need to get to know and use good AI more, or life is going to pass you by. Get back to your independent study and don't waste your time on egriz.
