In PR's world... date rape isn't a GOOD thing of course, but it's not THAT big of a deal because there are other, more damaging things that can happen to people out there. I mean it's not like this guy had on a ski mask and pulled her off the street into a dark alley or something. Geez people. Pointing out that other things are worse is not the same as saying that date rape isn't a big deal. How many people do you know who have lost kids or lost parents as kids, carry a mattress around with them most everywhere they go (especially on campus)?

Everything has to be a zero sum game with you. Attempt to defend a convicted (Griz) rapist by mitigating the tragic effects of rape on women. Often times rape can lead to life-long psychological problems, life-long relationship problems and life-long substance abuse problems. Usually rape is a crime that steals from it's victims for decades to come. You simply don't know what you are talking about. Why don't you show your posts to your wife and children? I am not defending anyone or anything. I am trying to have a big picture discussion comparing important and traumatic events in life. My view is that there are many things worse than date rape. I am also pointing out that most people who have had horrible things happen to them, e.g., loss of a young child, or loss of parent when young, do not become "victims" and embrace victim hood. Why are you afraid to have this type of discussion?

Let me attempt to refocus the discussion. 30 years with 20 suspended, he has done what was required of him, Now comes up for parole, but now the Parole Board requires MORE from him, arbitrarily. Parole for him has become a moving target. Compare this to the Frank Brown sentence.

Over the years is become common place to find PR posts deleted, he can make fun of rape and support it happening but Growler cant, PR can attack and threaten children, post bomb threats to other posters as well as having his son show up at the doorstep to inflict physical harm and that flies because he is a mod favorite.

It wont be long before he deletes others that we have saved with screen shots and will be forwarding to the state law board. There is no reason a person of the court should act like this online, its disgusting.

Never threatened anyone on the internet. Not that type of person. And way too smart for that. Feel free to present any real evidence. By the way, Growler is the guy who used to threaten to send his son to get some of us--wasn't me. Alpha, I print all of your threats to me, so I have them in hard copy. Alpha can't even post in his own name. What a loser. Yes, I am a mod favorite--because I pre-clear all my posts with the egriz censures and lawyers. The mods don't even have to look at them.
