Discusting and Embarassing

It's so funny people are still keying in on Robby as a scapegoat, when they can't name a single other Griz player that played a good game on that side of the ball.

I would just like to say that when Coach Hauck was here the first time he had some problems that he seemed unwilling to address.

What were they?

It seems to me there were concerns about weak and unimaginative offense, and that the play calling was predictable. The defense was very strong, I seem to remember, but many fans felt more attention should be paid to strengthening the offense. Coach Hauck was comfortable with it because we did win. The offensive coordinator (whose name. I cannot remember) was considered inadequate by many.

Got it. Phoenicie was OC.

That's right. Now I remember. I even think I heard someone say recently that he should have that job back. I strenuously disagree.

Thought this deserved a bump, NDSU game pretty much the same story as the Cat game except NDSU did punt a couple times so the gris can take that as a positive.

Can we get the “disgusting” part spelled right. I think I’m ocd :)

It’s a sniglet. Discusting = something you want to discuss that disgusts you.

Rich Hall of 1980s SNL fame has a book of them. One of my things is occasionally coming up with some of my own. Like banacne, which is the brown spots that form on an overripe banana.

No doubt right! When you look at the last 3 absolute ass kickings the bison gave the Cats, it’s crazy how much the bison dominate our programs!

55-10
42-14
38-10

Wild!

The common denominator? Both have an abundance of players from Montana.

Gubner also got killed at Cat Griz.

Its a great point. The defensive scheme is horrible. Hauck probably would have been stellar in a traditional defense.

When the NDSU Bison follow Montana State by dropping the hammer on the Griz for 49 points and 453 rushing yards, the return to dominance seems a distant hope.

Well if Hauck can raise $400,000, maybe he should be the Athletic Director. Because he clearly sucks at being the Head Coach. I don’t even know how you can argue with that. He gets his ass dominated and then wants to take the blame. How many times does a person get to do that? Ridiculous.
Better than Stitt who blamed every other person but himself

And there is Stitt again. Are there only two coaches in this entire world we have to choose from?!? Sure hope Hauck doesn’t quit so we don’t have to fold the program up. RTD!!!!!!

It is absolutely unreal to me how a coach that hasn’t been here in over 5 years STILL lives rent free in so many peoples’ heads….

That was a complete old fashioned a$$ kicking. Robby Hauck up to his old tricks. I counted 7 missed tackles, maybe more. And then, his patented piling on as usual and of course a 15 yard penalty. Glad he's gone.

The only way to change course is follow the money. I, for one, will be sending an email to Haslem stating he or the GSA will not see another dollar of mine until there are changes. Right now Hauck must have some 8x10 photos of Haslem with a sheep, because he doesn't have the balls to say anything. Money talks and bullshit walks. No more bucks from me.
Since Hauck came back, they've added nearly $400,000 per year at minimum in QB club revenue with the huge spike in members.

I guess Haslam might listen to what you say if you're donating more than that, though.

Guess RTD wasn't about Ws and Ls but more about the benjies! Great work Hauck and Has!

You don't think increasing booster money by 5x is gonna play into decision-making when it comes to the coach and his job? I think it probably will, to some extent.

TBF, though, with the loss on Saturday, Hauck now has more losses in 4 years (17) than he had in 7 years in his last stint (16), and twice as many conference losses this time (12) as he had the first go round (6).

I’m with 70Griz. Yes, they may have raised $400,000 more, and some of that was from me. Not all $400,000, but I’ve been a five figure donor for the past four years. And like 70Griz, they won’t be getting any more from me unless there are significant and meaningful changes made. Much like the taxes the federal government takes from me, I feel my money is being wasted at this point.

And a grand total of 2 more conference wins in the past 3 years than that pariah Stitt.

Well thankfully you're in a position to hold more sway than most of the people on here. I sincerely hope they do make changes.
